Returns and Exchanges

The return of the product you purchased is accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, together with the invoice.

Cancellation or refund of your special orders with a name is not provided.

The box, packaging and accessories of the product must be complete and undamaged. Returns and exchanges cannot be made for products with damaged packaging.

If the products are used, no cancellation or change is provided due to hygienic reasons.

The product requested for return and change must be sent to the cargo company we have contracted with.

Shipping costs of the product requested to be returned or exchanged belong to the buyer.
